I love connecting with people from all over the world.

I have over 10 years of experience mentoring and supporting people on their journey of unbecoming and discovering who they really are. You can read feedback here.

I use my intuitive gifts, somatic practices and might be guiding you to touch and hold yourself. I don´t do things to you, my sessions require your active participation. I always give homework because I know small steps create big changes and what you do between sessions is oftentimes more important than what happens during our time together.

I support you with:

  • deepening your embodiment and trusting yourself, your body, your intuition

  • guiding you through challenges

  • making peace with your past so it won’t ruin your future

  • knowing and living your truth
