I agree not to institute, initiate or assist the prosecution of any suit, claim or action at law or equity, or otherwise, against any online or in person event, course or session conducted by Restoring The Sacred, Marja-Liisa and/or it's affiliated staff and event/course participants, for damages which I or my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns hereafter may have arising from any events or any of its other services. I acknowledge that all services offered by Restoring The Sacred and Marja-Liisa are for informational purposes only; and are made available to me as self-help tools for my own use. I acknowledge that all information provided in these services is not medical advice or intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your own Medical Provider (including doctor/physician, nurse, physician's assistant, psychologist, or allied health professional). I acknowledge that most online and in person services do not allow for cancellations or refunds of any kind. Should I decide at any point that I no longer wish to participate, I do so with the complete awareness that I will not receive compensation of any sort or a refund in any amount unless I have a prior agreement with Restoring The Sacred / Marja-Liisa that states otherwise.
